Royal Doulton Plate ★ This listing is for one plate. This is a plate from the Carnock series, one of Royal Doulton's highest-end lines. Percy Curnock, one of the most famous artists of the Royal Doulton kiln, served for about 70 years (retired in 1954) and was a leading figure in painting, leaving behind many masterpieces. This plate features a beautiful garland with elegant roses. The gold trim is graceful and makes for a very lovely plate. This was a gift over 30 years ago, and it has been stored in a trunk room in its original box. Upon inspection after taking it out of the outer packaging, there are slight initial scratches on the gold trim, but they are not noticeable. Please check the images.
