Used a few times. I will also include the charger that I purchased with the main unit. There are no scratches on the screen, but there are scratches around the screen and many small chips. Also, there are marks where the belt was fastened. I will also send the box, but I don't remember how it was originally packaged, so I apologize if the packing is incorrect. (The box has some dirt and dents.) Please comment if you have any other questions. Please purchase only if you understand that this is a used item.
