Although I was initially taken aback by the real gangster-esque jacket, Gravediggaz, upon opening the lid, turned out to be a supergroup formed by an incredibly luxurious unit. The members are Prince Rakeem, also known as The RZA, the head of Wu-Tang Clan; Prince Paul, the creator of De La Soul; Fu-Schnickens's Fu-Schnickens, a close friend of Prince Paul from the Stetsasonic era; and Poetic of Two-Poetic. The intention behind their formation was straightforward: the four of them had connections to the "Tommy Boy" record label in the past, and they all had a conflict with "Tommy Boy." Unable to contain their anger, they gathered and started dissing, which led to the release of this album in '94. Furthermore, the dark and atmospheric sound work (probably based on The RZA) was so deep and dope that it quickly earned them a place in the hall of fame for NY core users.
