This is a top with ribbon sleeves from tocco closet. The color is mustard, and it's made of ribbed material. I bought it at the Ginza Inz store for about ¥4000 and wore it a few times, but I'm a parent now and need to roll up my sleeves, so I don't have many opportunities to wear it.
