This is a hakka cape. It has snap buttons so you can put your hands through. It's reversible. The material is soft and warm, and I used it when riding a bicycle. It was also easy to put on when in a stroller, as you didn't have to put their arms through the sleeves. It was mostly used during travel, so it's clean and in good condition. It will be compressed for shipping, so it may wrinkle.
