Although unused, they have been stored at home for a long time, so there may be some minor scratches, scuffs, and stains. Many of the other watercolors have been used, and some have little remaining, are dusty, or are cracked, so their condition isn't very good. The other items have been used, so there is a sense of use, but I don't see any noticeable damage that would affect their use, so I think they can still be used.
