The button back stamp is 359, and they are made in the Philippines, with fading that rivals those made in the USA or Mexico. The model number is 517-02. Although there is only a W31 size marking, I believe it is the original length because of the silhouette and the single-stitch hem. The 517 has a characteristic tight fit around the waist, so please refer to the actual measurements. The fading and fraying of the hem create a nice atmosphere.
