I purchased this at the end of November, but my cat doesn't seem to like it and won't use it. Please understand that it has been used, even if only for a short period, before purchasing. I plan to do a basic cleaning and ship it with the shipping label attached directly to the original box. The instruction manual and warranty are missing. I will include them if I find them!
