It comes with a skirt made of the same material as the jacket, making it a 3-piece set. I think it would be great for a school entrance ceremony if you wear a bright white blouse underneath. The dress has a ribbon, and it's cute to wear the ribbon when you open the jacket. I liked the line of organza material at the hem of the dress.
