This tunic has a high-neck knit with shoulder ruffles layered under a navy jumper skirt, giving the impression of a layered outfit. It's shorter than a dress, so I wore it with pants. It has a stylish and cute design. I haven't worn it much, so I think it's in good condition, but please understand that it is a used item.
