This is a Cyalume glow stick. It's unopened, but the outer packaging has some dirt. The recommended use-by date is 2022.4.12, but when I used a similar product in 2025, it lit up without any problems. It glows for 3-5 minutes. Dispose of it as plastic waste after use.
