It seems to be an Over Drive pedal kit used in the effector production experience event called Japan Pedal Fes, and it appears to be a rare pedal, with only about 30 units made! It's said to be an overdrive pedal that brings out the delicious guitar frequencies (800Hz) very well. It's a transparent drive pedal without a buffer, and it's a good pedal that has a solid amount of gain while also making it easy to add picking nuances.
