This is a single-flower vase frame made from Echizen washi paper and reused imported wine cardboard. The MAKOO/REUSE series gives new life to materials that would otherwise be discarded. The theme is to create ecological items with a familiar texture, not overly processed, and with a sense of security, in collaboration with Tokyo artisans. It's inspired by the textures of items purchased while traveling abroad.
