This is a mount adapter that allows for macro photography. It allows you to attach Leica M-mount lenses to Nikon Z-mount camera bodies. I am selling it because I sold my Z-mount camera. I haven't used it much, and I only kept one lens attached, so I don't think there are many scratches. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions.
