This item has been stored at home for many years. A paper file is also included, but it has some discoloration on the inside when opened. (It's thick when the photo book is placed inside and closed, so it doesn't close properly, and I'm not sure how to use it, but I'm including it as a set.) I think the photo book is in good condition.
