A textbook that thoroughly explains how to make and recipes for traditional Japanese sweets (wagashi). I purchased this a few years ago and have stored it, hardly using it. Please check the photos for discoloration on the back cover due to aging. The inside of the book is clean with no stains. Thank you for your understanding regarding this used item before purchasing.
