This is a Converse floral sleeve blouson. I purchased this beautiful item from a reuse shop and wore it a few times during one season. There is some slight pilling on the sleeves. I think it's a design you won't see very often. It's fleece-lined, so it's good as a spring outerwear. The size is written as 128-140cm, 8-10 years old. My child wore it when they were 130cm.
