I obtained this here a while ago. There are marks on the shank from being attached to an instrument, but otherwise, it's clean. I wanted to try a mouthpiece with a large throat, but I couldn't play it at all. It has a throat diameter similar to a small-bore trombone mouthpiece. Regarding the inner rim diameter, I feel it's about 17.5mm. Marchinkiewicz mouthpieces are originally known for their careful craftsmanship, and this mouthpiece is also beautifully polished even inside the cup, and the inner walls shine when you look at the throat and backbore.
