Immediately after purchase, channel recording worked normally, but after about a week, the recording stopped. Since then, HDD errors have occurred frequently, the recording lamp has blinked red, and channel recording has become impossible. I am a Diga enthusiast and currently have 10 units running continuously. I have also replaced broken internal HDDs and have been able to restore another BRX6000 through replacement. This product's original seller did not provide detailed explanations, so I assumed a malfunction and replaced the HDD. However, just when I thought it was fixed, another HDD became faulty and I replaced it. The errors continued to recur, and after about 3 months of pleading with Panasonic's repair service and searching the internet, I concluded that repair was impossible with my skills and the limited information available. I will return the HDD to its original state for the listing.
