This is a manual pasta machine made in Italy. It clamps to a table, and you turn the handle to roll out the pasta dough. The thickness can be adjusted with a dial. Using the included cutter, you can cut the pasta into several widths, such as spaghetti. I purchased it in Switzerland a few years ago. I haven't used it very often, just occasionally.
