I purchased this at Toys "R" Us. Since it wasn't played with much, I think it's in relatively good condition. It's a set of 11 items. It includes familiar doctor's tools like a syringe and stethoscope, so it's fun to play with. The heart-shaped storage case has a handle, making it convenient to carry around. The patient chart paper is curled, and part of the clear plastic (storage case) on the bottom is cracked, so there is some wear and tear, but I think it's still fine for playing with.
