This is a parka made of a "shaka shaka" material (likely referring to a crinkly, water-resistant fabric). It's great for keeping warm, and I also used it as rain gear by spraying the surface with waterproof spray. It folds up compactly for storage. The inside lining has a thin fleece, making it perfect for fall and winter. I wore it with a T-shirt in the fall and with a sweater or fleece in the winter. There are some snags in the fabric and areas that are rubbed, but I don't think it affects wearability. Please take a look at the photos before purchasing.
