This is a white plate with indentations and negative space. I bought it at a department store because I wanted to plate food like in a restaurant. You can put sauces or salads in the negative space, or even write on it. I like it because it has a luxurious feel, but unfortunately, I've only used it a few times. I am selling it now to organize my dish cabinet.
