I bought this at a vintage shop last year. It's an Umbro Manchester United windbreaker. It's a size L in overseas sizing, so it's close to a Japanese LL size. It has a hood, and it can be stowed away. However, it cannot be removed. Since it's a vintage item, the condition is not great (especially the inside of the pockets). The fabric is thin, so I think it would be cold to wear in the dead of winter.
