It's labeled 6T, but I think it would fit a size 110-120. The fabric is thin, so you'll probably be cold wearing just this one piece right now. The parts that look like buttons are printed on. It's new and unused, but it has been stored at home, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to this or if you are looking for a perfect item.
