This is "Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's World Championship 2011: Over the Nexus" for the Nintendo DS. No packaging, just the game cartridge. The exterior and label sticker of the cartridge have some scratches. Operation has been confirmed on both a DS and a 3DS. It will be placed in a DS game case, wrapped in free-cut bubble wrap, sealed with tape as shown in image 4 before shipping, and the item will be labeled as "Game Software" on the shipping label. It will be sent via Yu-Yu Mercari Mail's Yu-Packet service. (The case has scratches overall.)
