Super Star Destroyer SSD Beagle Model, Electrified Modification, Completed Product Product Description As this is the last SSD kit I have, I put more effort into its creation than ever before. Modifications: As you can see in the images, I was able to make the upper structure emit blue light as intended. Unlike previous models, this was achieved by attaching an extremely thin aluminum sheet under the structure. Black Surfacing → Parting line treatment with a ring light loupe and sponge file, etc. → Parts cleaning → Black Surfacing (also serves as light shielding, painting both sides of all parts) → Weeno Black → GX Cool White → Super Clear Panel lining with Flat Black → Standard Clear Light leakage and transparency detract from the finished product's quality, so I thoroughly shielded against light. Also, I have carefully selected LEDs and resistors to ensure that the LEDs emit a very bright light even under the lights. 13 CIP LEDs 1608 with 0.1mm enamel copper wire soldered to them were used for the electrification. The engine nozzles have been thinned with a bit. Only normal lighting, no flashing functions. LED color: Warm White Chip LED 1005 x 13 Blue 1005 x 5 Metal film resistor Batteries are not included.
