The skirt part is tweed material. As shown in the last photo, there is a slight thread pull near the left chest, with a part sticking out about 2 mm. It's slightly hidden by the frilly fabric in the middle. I don't think it's very noticeable. Please understand that this is a used item. I have used it about twice. I think it would be fashionable to pair it with leggings, skinny jeans, or boots. You can also wear a sweater on top, or a cardigan, and it will be useful in various situations.
