This is a Panasonic facial steamer. I bought it about 4 years ago and used it several times when I first got it. Please consider it as used. I haven't used it in years, and I don't have the box or instruction manual. You can still use it without the included aroma, but please purchase it separately if you want it. I believe you couldn't use tap water with it, so please confirm that before purchasing.
