I have confirmed that I can download the software to my PC (Windows 10) and scan and save A4 and business card sizes. There are no missing or blurred characters on either the front or back sides, but when scanning A4 size, there are vertical streaks that appear to blur the color from top to bottom in certain areas of the front side (the vertical streaks are located in the red circle in the upper right of image 6).
