This is a toy called "Tottemo Suteki na Pendant" from the Toei Fushigi Comedy Series "Magical Girl Chuka Paipai!" which aired in 1989. It is a replica of the item used by Paipai (Natsuki Ozawa), the main character of the show. The pendant has a gold-colored body with a red jewel-like central stone and small rhinestones, and a small heart ornament at the bottom. The included case is decorated with a photo of Natsuki Ozawa, who played Paipai. As it is a product from about 30 years ago, there may be signs of aging. The necklace cord is not the original one. A different one is attached. This is a used item. Since it is old, there is aging. It has been stored by a private individual, so there may be scratches and stains.
