This is a 1/100 MG Full Armor Unicorn Gundam dedicated shield expansion unit "Armed Armor DE" (activated version). It was included with the Mobile Suit Gundam UC Bande Dessinee Volume 12 Special Edition. It has only been opened once for product photography, and the contents are almost new.
