This is something I purchased from my dentist while undergoing orthodontic treatment. The white case contains wax to protect your mouth when the wire is irritating it (it's okay if you accidentally swallow it). I barely used it, so I'm selling the leftovers. The silver container holds something that stains your teeth, making it easier to see if you've brushed them properly. Please use it to check how well you're brushing.
