Thank you for viewing. This item was purchased from a select shop in the United States. It's made of soft, stretchy fabric. I'm selling it because my child has outgrown it. As shown in the photos, there is paint staining on the inside of the sleeves. While there is some wear and tear, I don't believe there are any other stains or scratches. It looked very cute paired with shocking pink leggings. I hope someone will wear it.
