It's cute worn as is in the summer, with a sheer top in the spring, or paired with a deep-colored top like navy in the fall, and with a cardigan in the winter! I think it's versatile. It's incredibly comfortable to wear. When worn without tightening the hem, it looks like a skirt and is very elegant and cute. There are no stains or damage such as fraying, but there are nep and wrinkles unique to linen, so I've marked it as slightly damaged. There may also be some wrinkles from storage. The silhouette and length can be changed depending on how you cinch it, allowing you to enjoy various looks and arrangements. The rough beige check machine-woven "Kurume Kasuri" is an original design from CATHRI, specially ordered. The deep indigo color of the separate fabric, also used for the hem cords, is a plain indigo kasuri. The indigo threads of the check pattern and the plain kasuri are dyed deeply together with indigo, creating a sense of unity even in different parts, and producing an excellent balance. The linen of the body is dyed by hand, not mass-produced, to take advantage of the natural texture of the material, and is finished by drying in the sun after dyeing. The wrinkles and slight color unevenness are proof of the natural linen finished with care. It's recommended to wear it casually on its own, or with a T-shirt or cut-and-sew underneath. When the hem cords are cinched for a balloon silhouette, you can wrap them around your ankles to enjoy a design like an anklet. The shoulder area with three buttonholes, and the ribbons on both sides that allow you to adjust the chest area, are also nice points that allow you to arrange the size to fit your height and build.
