This is a wrap that you put over your spikes. It's not adhesive, so it only sticks to itself, meaning you can wrap it around your spikes or wrists without any issues! It's basically sold in sets of 2. In my experience, you'll need two rolls to wrap over your spikes. If you'd like to purchase more than two, please write in the comment section.
