This is a cut-and-sew top from Gallery Visconte. The size is 2, which is equivalent to a size 9. The color is a mix of off-white and greige, and it has 3/4 sleeves. I have worn it twice. It is in beautiful condition with no noticeable damage or stains, but there is one spot on the hem where the thread is loose. I personally don't think it's very noticeable, but I've listed it as "no noticeable damage or stains" because of this.
