This is a wired headset from EPOS, the gaming brand of Sennheiser. Sound can be heard when connected to a PC, but the overall sound is quiet. Since I don't know how to fix it, I'm listing it as junk. During inspection, the microphone worked without any problems. Due to the item being junk, please refrain from claims or returns. Also, in my subjective opinion, there are no issues with odors.
