Yagyu, this is a reverse-blade thinning scissor from REOX that removes a large amount of hair at once. Personally, I imagine it's useful as a thinning shear for trimming or base cutting. It seems to have been used very infrequently, and the blades still have a lot of volume. The cutting rate is around 40-50%, and the feel, sharpness, and hair release are all excellent. I've had it sharpened, so you can use it right away, but if you're looking for a particular sharpness, please sharpen and adjust it yourself before using.
