The sewing is well done, and there are no snags, so I think it can still be worn. It has a lining. The black dotted chiffon fabric used for the lace has a moderate see-through quality. The silhouette when worn is beautiful and the fabric drapes softly, so it doesn't spread out too much and become bulky.
