This is a diaper changing mat from the Canadian brand, pehr. It's a gentle color, somewhere between light green and gray. It's made very sturdily, so there are no frays or loose threads. It has been washed, but there is some slight staining on the underside. The Velcro material feels a bit different from Japanese ones, so there's a slight difference in feel, but I think it's within the range of normal wear and tear. It came with a pouch that's the perfect size to hold diapers and wipes, which was convenient. I believe I purchased it for around 3500-3800 yen at the time.
