For single-item purchases only, if requested in the comments, I will exchange it for a standard tall case for an additional 50 yen. For 2-item sets, even if the photos show a tall case, it will not be included to fit the size. For set sales, if you don't request the jacket at the time of purchase, I will ship only the disc. I usually pack immediately after purchase, so I cannot accommodate requests for jackets later. If you want a jacket later, I will create a separate product page and handle it for 600 yen including shipping. If the item has a dedicated bag, I will ship it via Yu-Packet Post Mini, so I cannot use bubble wrap due to size constraints. I will use a minimum of a plastic bag for water protection. The same applies to Nekopos shipping. Please consider the tall case or ex-rental case itself as a substitute for bubble wrap. If you purchase multiple items from separate product pages, I will combine them into one transaction on one of the product pages. The remaining pages will be marked as shipped with the shipping method undecided. If you purchase multiple items without a discount, I will assume that no discount is needed and proceed with the transaction. Even if purchased separately, I plan to ship them together, so tall cases will not be included. I sell many items and have not been able to check the playback of all of them. Please understand that even if the purchased item has video skipping or is unplayable, it is an ex-rental item. Returns and exchanges are not accepted as with general stores, so please purchase only if you understand this. As it is an ex-rental item, please understand and accept any damage, noise, video skipping, sun damage, damage, or tears on the disc itself, jacket, or case.
