The vibrant red color, gold buttons, and navy accents create a crisp style, and the flared skirt is lovely. It has been folded, so there are wrinkles, but it will be sold as is. There is no lining, but the fabric is sturdy, so I don't think it will be see-through. The waist has elastic from the sides to the back, so it's flexible in size. Home cleaned.
