The M-64 field pants were adopted by the French military in 1964. They are a predecessor to the F2 pants, considered a masterpiece of the French military, and a successor to the highly acclaimed M47 field pants. The outer fabric is made of densely woven cotton, exuding the ruggedness and durability of military wear. The M64 trousers are the generation before the famous F2. While the M47, worn by models in Martin Margiela's shows, is often the focus when it comes to French military trousers, the M64 is also very valuable.
