This is a Minion toy. It's a spinning top toy where you insert batteries, put a banana on its head and spin it. When you press the button on the banana, the Minion separates from the body and spins around. I think it's a rare item that is no longer sold. The red, blue, green, and white lights flash brightly, and the Minion talks and laughs cheerfully in its voice. It's so cheerful and fun that you can't help but laugh along. My child used to imitate the Minion's talking and laugh a lot. I don't remember the details because there are no instructions, but even if it's not spinning, it lights up and makes short sounds when you press the pocket. I think the pocket is the light and sound switch. I have checked the operation with batteries, but there is some damage as shown in the photos due to aging and frequent play.
