I'm selling it because I don't have many opportunities to wear it anymore as it's a bit short. The shoulder straps are adjustable. There are buttons below the bust, but they are for design purposes and cannot be opened or closed. The length is short. It has a sturdy lining, so you can wear it on its own (see image 4).
