This is a TOMIX product, item number 9145, the EF81-95 locomotive (Rainbow paint scheme). The motor and lights have been tested and confirmed to be working. A Hokutosei headmark is attached. It is attached with double-sided tape. There are no included accessories. There is no included case. One whistle is missing. The condition is based on my personal assessment, so please check the images. Also, this is a used item, so please understand that it is non-returnable and non-refundable.
