The volume knob has been defective since I purchased it, and the volume cannot be adjusted as intended. However, volume adjustment is possible via the touch panel. A film is applied to the screen. There are slight scratches and dents as shown in the 2nd and 7th photos. The main unit appears to be working well, based on my amateur inspection. This listing includes only the main unit and case. The box and other accessories are not included. Also, to prevent swapping, please understand that all sales are final and returns are not accepted.
