It's a glass bottle. It's been used and is now empty. There's nothing inside. It has been washed and dried thoroughly. It's a beautiful red color that brightens up the bathroom. I used to use it with a rubber band attached to the bottom of the bottle, but I have others, so I'm including a new, unused rubber band.
