I hardly used this item after purchasing it. In my personal opinion, the condition is almost like new. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, and I believe it's in very good condition. The head circumference is approximately 20cm when measured flat. Please allow for some error as this is a manual measurement. No claims and no returns, please.
